From the organizers: "The Eat-In will take place in the Parco Valentino beside a medieval castle along the Po River in Torino. It is being supported by Slow Food Piedmont, Slow Food Torino (both of whom will invite local food producers to bring their products), the Joint Association (a youth association based in Milan and Turin) and of course the University of Gastronomic Sciences' Slow Food chapter.

The city of Turin is fully supporting the event and has given the approval and free usage of this very historical location in the Park- The Borgo Medievale in Parco del Valentino and area surrounding the castle."
